What’s the difference between a will and a living will?

In Georgia, a will directs your executor to distribute your estate according to your wishes. A living will, also called an Advance Healthcare Directive, directs your healthcare agent to act on your wishes regarding medical treatment if you are unable to communicate them yourself.
